Earl Dixon (of Audesi) and James Lines make up the Underground Bass Masters. UBM began producing techno-bass music in 1992. Techno-Bass is a style started in the early 90s that mixed together qualities of Miami Bass and the 1980s Detroit Electro scene. UBM also began throwing in Ambient, Acidic-Breakbeat and Big-Beat qualities into the mix as well, giving techno-bass a very progressive identity. The Godspeed Project was originally released in 2000, but since then has been reissued May 11, 2004 and is now available for purchase only through UNDERGROUNDBASSMASTERS.COM. |
